Cancellation & Transfer Policy
We understand that plans change.
Cancellations: Requests received at least 30 calendar days before the scheduled event date are eligible for a full refund. Registrations become nonrefundable within 30 days of the event.
Transfers: If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional charge up to 3 calendar days before the event. Please contact The PM Muse with the new attendee's name and email address so we can update the registration.
No-Shows: Registrants who do not attend are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Event Changes: If The PM Muse cancels an event, registrants will receive a full refund. If an event is rescheduled, registrants may transfer their registration to the new date or request a full refund.
