The Leadership Shift™ AI Coach is designed to help you think through leadership and workplace situations. You should describe situations without including information that is confidential, proprietary, personally sensitive, or unnecessary to the coaching conversation.
Please do not enter:
- confidential or proprietary company information;
- trade secrets or restricted business information;
- passwords, financial account information, or other security credentials;
- sensitive personal information about yourself or another person; or
- names or identifying details about colleagues, employees, clients, customers, or organizations when those details are not necessary to discuss the situation.
File sharing is disabled within the Leadership Shift™ AI Coach. Users should not attempt to provide confidential company documents or other proprietary materials through the service.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information collected through the Leadership Shift™ AI Coach to:
- provide and maintain your access to the service;
- enable you to return to previous conversations;
- administer your subscription;
- respond to customer service or account requests;
- understand how the coaching experience is being used;
- review the quality and effectiveness of AI-generated coaching;
- identify opportunities to improve the Leadership Shift™ AI Coach;
- troubleshoot technical or service issues;
- protect the security and integrity of the service; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Conversation Review
Your conversations are not public and are not visible to other Leadership Shift™ AI Coach users.
However, conversations may be accessible to The PM Muse for purposes such as quality review, improving the coaching experience, understanding how the service is being used, and improving AI performance.
Coachvox personnel may also access conversation information when necessary to operate, secure, support, maintain, or improve the underlying platform.
Because conversations may be reviewed, please do not enter confidential, proprietary, or sensitive personal information into the Leadership Shift™ AI Coach.
Coachvox's current privacy policy specifically states that chat content may be accessed by the AI creator and by Coachvox when necessary to deliver, improve, or support the service.
5. AI Technology
The Leadership Shift™ AI Coach is an AI-enabled coaching experience created by The PM Muse and delivered using technology provided by Coachvox Limited.
AI systems can misunderstand context, produce incomplete responses, or generate inaccurate information. The Leadership Shift™ AI Coach is intended to support reflection, decision-making, and leadership thinking. You remain responsible for evaluating the information provided and determining what actions are appropriate in your circumstances.
The Leadership Shift™ AI Coach is not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, mental health, human resources, or other licensed or regulated professional advice.
Coachvox's terms likewise require creators to inform users about AI limitations and state that users should not rely upon AI generations as professional advice.
6. Coachvox
The Leadership Shift™ AI Coach is powered by Coachvox Limited.
For end-user account information required to provide access, such as your name and email address, The PM Muse determines the purposes for which that information is processed, and Coachvox processes that information on our behalf.
For AI conversation content and related metadata, The PM Muse and Coachvox act as joint controllers under Coachvox's current data protection framework. This means both parties have responsibilities relating to how conversation information is processed for purposes including service delivery, quality assurance, and improvement.

7. Payment Processing
Payments for the Leadership Shift™ AI Coach are processed using Stripe.
The PM Muse and Coachvox do not directly store your full credit or debit card information as part of the AI coaching experience. Payment information is handled by Stripe in accordance with Stripe's own privacy practices. Coachvox specifically states that Stripe processes payment data and that Coachvox does not store or directly access users' credit card details.

8. Marketing Communications
Purchasing or using the Leadership Shift™ AI Coach does not automatically enroll you in marketing communications from The PM Muse.
During signup, you may be given the option to consent separately to receiving marketing communications. Choosing whether to receive marketing communications is voluntary and does not affect your ability to purchase or use the Leadership Shift™ AI Coach.
If you opt in, you may withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
9. Data Retention
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Leadership Shift™ AI Coach, maintain account and conversation functionality, administer subscriptions, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and support legitimate business purposes.
Retention periods may also depend on the practices and legal obligations of the third-party providers used to operate the service.
Coachvox states that it retains personal information only as long as necessary to provide its services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

The technology providers supporting the Leadership Shift™ AI Coach may process or store information in countries other than the country in which you live.
Coachvox states that personal information may be transferred to and stored outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, including in the United States, and that appropriate safeguards are used where required by applicable data protection law.
12. Age Requirement
The Leadership Shift™ AI Coach is intended for adults and is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.
Coachvox currently prohibits individuals under 18 from using its service.
13. Security
We and our technology providers use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no internet-based service or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should exercise appropriate judgment regarding the information they choose to share.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Leadership Shift™ AI Coach evolves, our technology providers or business practices change, or applicable legal requirements change.
