Leadership Shift™ AI Coach

These Subscription Terms and Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your purchase of and access to the Leadership Shift™ AI Coach, offered by The PM Muse LLC (“The PM Muse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Leadership Shift™ AI Coach, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Leadership Shift™ AI Coach

The Leadership Shift™ AI Coach is an AI-enabled coaching experience designed to help professionals think through leadership and workplace situations, examine what may be happening beneath the surface, consider different perspectives, and determine appropriate next steps.

The service is designed to support your thinking and judgment. It does not replace your own professional judgment or decision-making responsibility.

2. Subscription and Billing

Access to the Leadership Shift™ AI Coach is currently offered as a recurring monthly subscription.

Subscription price: $29 USD per month.

Your subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel it before your next billing date. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the subscription price to your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until cancellation.

Applicable taxes, if any, may be added to your purchase.

Payments are processed through Stripe. The PM Muse does not directly collect or store your full payment card information.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, you will continue to have access to the Leadership Shift™ AI Coach through the remainder of the subscription period for which you have already paid.

Canceling your subscription does not automatically delete your account or previously stored conversation information. Requests concerning personal information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once charged, except where required by applicable law.

If you believe you were charged in error or experience a billing issue, please contact The PM Muse at [INSERT CUSTOMER SUPPORT EMAIL].

5. Your Account

You may be required to create an account to access the Leadership Shift™ AI Coach and features such as conversation history.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Your subscription is intended for individual use and may not be shared with other individuals, teams, organizations, or third parties.

Corporate, team, or organizational access may be offered separately by The PM Muse.

6. Your Conversations

The Leadership Shift™ AI Coach allows you to describe leadership and workplace situations and engage in an AI-guided coaching conversation.

You are responsible for the information you choose to provide.

Please do not enter confidential company information, proprietary materials, trade secrets, sensitive personal information, passwords, financial credentials, or unnecessary identifying information about colleagues, employees, clients, customers, or organizations.

You do not need to identify the people or organizations involved for the coach to help you think through a situation.

7. AI-Generated Coaching

Artificial intelligence can misunderstand context, make incorrect assumptions, or generate incomplete or inaccurate information.

The Leadership Shift™ AI Coach is intended to support reflection, leadership thinking, and decision-making. Responses should be considered in light of your own knowledge, circumstances, responsibilities, and professional judgment.

You remain responsible for decisions you make and actions you take based on or following your use of the service.

The Leadership Shift™ AI Coach does not provide legal, medical, mental health, financial, human resources, or other licensed or regulated professional advice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Leadership Shift™ AI Coach and the intellectual property underlying the experience are owned by or licensed to The PM Muse LLC.

This includes, as applicable, proprietary coaching approaches, methodologies, frameworks, patterns, structures, prompts, training materials, written content, branding, product design, and other materials incorporated into or used to create the coaching experience.

Your subscription provides you with a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Leadership Shift™ AI Coach for your own professional development and leadership decision support.

Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of any underlying intellectual property to you.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may use insights from your coaching conversations in your own work and decision-making. However, you may not use the Leadership Shift™ AI Coach to:

• copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, license, or commercially exploit the underlying coaching content or methodology;
• systematically extract or compile prompts, patterns, frameworks, methodologies, training content, or other proprietary elements of the service;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, reconstruct, reveal, or reproduce the internal methodology, system instructions, training materials, decision logic, or proprietary structure of the coach;
• use automated tools, scripts, bots, scraping methods, or similar techniques to extract content or interrogate the service at scale;
• share, resell, sublicense, or provide your account access to others;
• represent the Leadership Shift™ AI Coach or its underlying methodology as your own;
• interfere with, disrupt, circumvent, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its underlying systems; or
• use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.

The goal of these restrictions is not to prevent you from applying what you learn. The coach is designed to help you think differently and take that thinking back into your work. These restrictions protect the proprietary product and methodology behind the experience.

10. Product Updates and Changes

The Leadership Shift™ AI Coach is an evolving product.

The PM Muse may update, refine, expand, modify, add to, or remove elements of the coaching experience over time, including coaching capabilities, patterns, features, functionality, content, technology providers, and user experience.

Active subscribers may receive the benefit of product improvements and expanded capabilities as they become available, subject to these Terms and any applicable subscription conditions.

We may also modify or discontinue the service where reasonably necessary.

11. Pricing Changes

The PM Muse may change subscription pricing in the future.

Any pricing change affecting an existing subscription will be communicated as required by applicable law and will not be applied retroactively to charges already paid.

Where required, you will be given notice before a new price applies to a future renewal.

12. Availability

We aim to make the Leadership Shift™ AI Coach available reliably, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.

Availability may occasionally be affected by maintenance, updates, internet or infrastructure issues, third-party technology providers, security concerns, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13. Third-Party Technology

The Leadership Shift™ AI Coach currently uses third-party technology and services, including Coachvox for delivery of the AI coaching experience and Stripe for payment processing.

Your use of those services may also be subject to applicable terms and privacy practices of those providers.

14. Suspension or Termination

The PM Muse may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary, including for nonpayment, misuse of the service, account sharing, attempted extraction or reverse-engineering of proprietary materials, unlawful activity, security concerns, or material violation of these Terms.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The PM Muse LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Leadership Shift™ AI Coach.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The PM Muse LLC's aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Leadership Shift™ AI Coach will not exceed the amount you paid to The PM Muse for the service during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection or other laws require otherwise.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Leadership Shift™ AI Coach evolves or as business, technology, or legal requirements change.

When we make changes, we will update the effective or “last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated when required by applicable law.

Your continued use of the service following the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
