Cancellation & Transfer Policy
Cancellations received by December 23, 2026 are eligible for a full refund. Beginning December 24, 2026, registrations are nonrefundable.
Registration may be transferred to another person at no additional charge through January 20, 2027 by contacting The PM Muse with the new attendee’s name and email address.
Registrations are nonrefundable and nontransferable after December 9, 2026. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.
If The PM Muse cancels the event, registrants will receive a full refund. If the event is rescheduled, registrants may transfer their registration to the new date or request a refund.
