Real Transformation Experience
Most recently at Workday, I led the transformation of a global ecosystem supporting 13 Employee Belonging Councils and more than 360 leads, implementing governance structures, succession planning, leadership development programs, operational dashboards, budgeting frameworks, and scalable execution processes.
Prior to Workday, I established and led an Enterprise PMO, improved project management maturity, implemented governance frameworks, developed PM capability, and led strategic transformation initiatives across technology organizations.
I am also the founder of The PM Muse and creator of The Leadership Shift™ Model, a framework designed to help project and program professionals develop the strategic leadership capabilities required to influence outcomes, navigate complexity, and drive organizational impact.
